MINUTES
February 15, 2021
Meeting opened at 6:30 PM by Mayor Guido with the Pledge to
the Flag. In attendance were Mayor Louis A. Guido, Trustee Ian Feulner, Trustee
Edward Harvey, Amy Herr, Clerk-Treasurer, Linda Bouck, Deputy Clerk-Treasurer and
Taylor Miles, DPW Superintendent. Also
in attendance was Cierra Utter.
Approval of the January minutes as members received in
written form. It was upon motion of Trustee
Feulner, seconded by Trustee Harvey, unanimously carried, to accept the minutes
as written.

It was upon motion of Trustee Harvey, seconded by Trustee
Feulner, unanimously carried, to accept the report as given.
DPW
DPW Superintendent Miles reported
that the new snow blower has been received and is ready for use. The NYSDOT is coming to the village to remove
the snowbanks on Main and Alden Streets.
They are also going to patch holes on those streets. DPW Superintendent Miles would like to rent a
street sweeper from Home Town Hauling this spring to clean up the dirt from
sanding the roads. A list of surplus
equipment will be prepared for the next meeting. Mayor Guido told DPW Superintendent Miles
that the handicap parking space in the parking lot on Main Street needs to be
moved over and marked out this spring.
ELECTION
The
candidates for election on March 16, 2021 will be Louis A. Guido for Mayor,
Edward A. Harvey, Angelica Iris Palmer and Cierra P. Utter for Trustee.
PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY OPERATION PLAN
The Public
Health Emergency Operation Plan was presented to the Board. It was upon motion of Trustee Feulner,
seconded by Trustee Harvey, unanimously carried
RESOLVED
that the Public Health Emergency Operation Plan is approved as presented.
BUDGET REVIEW
The
proposed budget was reviewed. To balance
the water budget consideration into financing the water meters will be looked
into.
GRANT APPLICATIONS
NYS CFA
grants forms were completed and submitted for replacement of water meters and a
sewage study.
OTHER
BUSINESS
Mayor Guido requested a letter be
sent to Frank Russo about his fence.
Mayor Guido talked to Tim Horvath
about leasing the property behind his building for parking.
Mayor Guido would like to have Hyde
Clarke, Attorney draw up an agreement with the individuals doing the Community
Garden that the property will be returned to the original condition if they
don’t want to continue the garden. He would also like an update on the filing
of the paperwork for the transfer of the property from the Presbyterian Church
to the Village for the cemetery.
Trustee Feulner has been looking
into examples of registration forms and fee schedules for the Abandoned/Vacant
Property Law.

upon motion of Trustee Harvey, seconded by Trustee Feulner, unanimously carried
to make payment on bills and budget amendments and modifications as follows:
