MINUTES
December 20, 2021
Meeting opened at 6:30 PM by Mayor Guido with the Pledge to
the Flag. In attendance were Mayor Louis A. Guido, Trustee Edward Harvey,
Trustee Ian Feulner, Amy Herr, Clerk-Treasurer, Linda Bouck, Deputy
Clerk-Treasurer, and Taylor Miles, DPW Superintendent.
Approval of the November minutes as members received in written
form. It was upon motion of Trustee Feulner,
seconded by Trustee Harvey, unanimously carried, to accept the minutes as
written.

It was upon motion of Trustee Harvey, seconded by Trustee
Feulner, unanimously carried, to accept the report as given.
DPW
DPW Superintendent Miles reported
that they have begun with winter tasks.
The tractor from Clinton Tractor is ready to be delivered once the clam
bucket is delivered.
WATER
QUESTIONS
Greg Noonan did not come to the
meeting to discuss his water questions.
AED
PHONE LINE
Spectrum was contacted about a phone
line at the Concession Stand for the AED.
It would cost over $10,500.00 to put the line in. Verizon has been contacted and will be
sending out an Engineer to look at it and give a price for installation.
PROCHAMPS
AGREEMENT
The ProChamps Agreement is ready complete
and will be signed by Mayor Guido.
ELECTION
Motion made by Trustee Feulner,
seconded by Trustee Harvey, unanimously carried
RESOLVED to
abolish the village registration day.
Motion made
by Trustee Harvey, seconded by Trustee Feulner, unanimously carried
RESOLVED that
Tuesday, March 15, 2022 is designated as the day of the village election, the
polling place will be at the Village Office, 2 Genesee Street, Cherry Valley,
NY and the hours the polls will be open will be 12:00 noon until 9:00 PM.
DEPUTY
CLERK-TREASURER TRAINEE
Applications are still being
accepted for the position of Deputy Clerk-Treasurer Trainee.
OTHER
BUSINESS
Cemetery deed was signed by the
Board for six plots that were purchased by Steven and Melinda Supp.
Discussion on purchasing a fireproof
file cabinet as the safe is full and more space is needed to file records that
need to be in a locked fireproof file.
Motion made by Trustee Feulner, seconded by Trustee Harvey, unanimously
carried to purchase a locking fireproof file cabinet.

After review by the board, it was upon
motion of Trustee Feulner, seconded by Trustee Harvey, unanimously carried to
make payment on bills and budget amendments and modifications as follows:
