MINUTES
March 21, 2022
Meeting opened at 6:30 PM by Mayor Guido with the Pledge to
the Flag. In attendance were Mayor Louis Guido, Trustee Edward Harvey, Trustee
Ian Feulner, Amy Herr, Clerk-Treasurer, Linda Bouck, Deputy Clerk-Treasurer,
and Taylor Miles, DPW Superintendent. Also in attendance was Wayne Valentine,
Village Maintenance Worker.
Approval of the February minutes as members received in written
form. It was upon motion of Trustee Feulner, seconded by Trustee Harvey, unanimously
carried, to accept the minutes as written.

It was upon motion of Trustee Harvey, seconded by Trustee Feulner,
unanimously carried, to accept the report as given.
DPW
DPW Superintendent Miles discussed
the sidewalks and streets again and is working on getting more quotes to
present to the board. DPW Superintendent Miles presented quotes for a new zero
turn mower. It was upon motion of Trustee Feulner, seconded by Trustee Harvey,
unanimously carried to approve the purchase of a zero turn mower from Springfield
Truck and Tractor.
ELECTION
Trustee Feulner won the election on March 15, 2022, 34-0.
Congratulations Trustee Feulner. Also, Trustee Feulner would like to thank
everyone that voted for him in this years’ election.
VILLAGE HALL
Appraisal
on the Village Hall is set for April 11,2022 at 1:30 pm.
ANNUAL WATER REPORTS
A draft of the Annual Water Quality
Report has been sent to Shane Finch, NYSDOH for review. Also, the Annual Water
Withdraw Report has been submitted.
BENCHMARKING REPORT
Our Annual Benchmarking report has
been submitted to the Board for review.
BUDGET AND ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING
The proposed Budget was presented
to the Board for review and discussion. At this time Budget Hearing is set to
be held on April 4, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. at the Village Office at 2 Genesee
Street, Cherry Valley, NY 13320. Any person may view the proposed budget during
regular office hours at the above address.
DEPUTY
REGISTRAR
Position was discussed and will be appointed at the Organizational
Meeting on April 4, 2022.
OTHER
BUSINESS
A Lead and Copper Rule Training
webinar is set for March 29, 30, and 31st for DPW Superintendent
Miles, Deputy Clerk-Treasurer Linda Bouck, and DPW Maintenance Worker Wayne
Valentine.
Motion made by
Trustee Feulner, seconded by Trustee Harvey, unanimously carried,
RESOLVED that Clerk-Treasurer, Amy
S. Herr be removed from any and all accounts starting April 1, 2022 due to her
retirement from the position as of March 31, 2022.

After review by the board, it was upon
motion of Trustee Harvey, seconded by Trustee Feulner, unanimously carried to
make payment on bills and budget amendments and modifications as follows:
