DPW Superintendent Miles discussed purchasing a utility trailer for water breaks/repairs at last months meeting, and has received the quotes as requested by the Board.             Motion made by Trustee Feulner, seconded by Trustee Harvey, unanimously carried.

RESOLVED that a utility trailer may be purchased for the DPW for water breaks/repairs.

Cherry Valley Joint Planning Board Secretary, Frank McGrath, voiced that the Joint Planning Board has several questions about the possibility of the Village getting a Constable.

The Constable discussion was tabled until next meeting, when more research has been done in order to make a decision.

Cemetery care taker, Aaron VanBuren, asked that markers be put in to mark each section of the cemetery accordingly. The Board has agreed that this should be done and asked, Linda Bouck, Clerk-Treasurer, to gather the information necessary to make this happen.

Resident, and Cherry Valley Museum V.P, has requested that the sidewalk in front of the museum be added to the list of sidewalks to be redone.  She stated that the sidewalk is a hazard and would like to see it fixed.  Mayor Guido told DPW Superintendent Miles to add it to the list of sidewalks that need to be fixed/redone.
