MINUTES
November 21, 2022
Meeting opened at 6:30 PM by Mayor Guido with the Pledge to
the Flag. In attendance were Mayor Louis Guido, Trustee Ian Feulner, Linda
Bouck, Clerk-Treasurer, and Taylor Miles, DPW Superintendent. Also in attendance
were residents and business owners, Bill Compton, Lynn Compton, Noelle Adamoschek,
and Jon McManus from McManus engineering.
Approval of the October minutes as members received in written
form. It was upon motion of Trustee Feulner seconded by Mayor Guido, unanimously
carried, to accept the minutes as written.

It was upon motion of Mayor Guido, seconded by Trustee
Feulner, unanimously carried, to accept the report as given.
DPW
DPW Superintendent Miles discussed getting vehicles and
equipment prepared for winter.
WASTE
WATER
Jon McManus, owner of McManus
Engineering addressed the waste water project, and it has been put on a
temporary hold due to increasing prices of fuel. He would like to set up a work
shop session with Mayor Guido and DPW Superintendent Miles in either January or
February. McManus also discussed that he is hoping the project will be done by
Spring, but will have to reassess at the 1st of 2023.
OTHER
BUSINESS
Resident, and Liaison for the
Business Owners Group in Cherry Valley, Bill Compton, and Noelle Adamoschek has
notified the Board of Trustees that the business owners of Cherry Valley would
like to have a tree lighting ceremony in front of the Health Center on December
2nd, where Santa will make an appearance. Mr. Compton, and Mrs. Adamoschek also stated
that Santa will also be at the Cherry Valley Museum on December 3rd
and the Happy Hags will be dancing in front of the Gazebo on Main St on December
4th at 3pm. Also, there will be a Raffle all weekend and will be
drawn at The Red Shed on December 4th. The Board of Trustees agreed
to the tree lighting ceremony.
The Board of Trustees agreed to Amend
the Salaries of DPW Maintenance worker Wayne Valentine from $18.50 an hour to
$20.50 an hour, and DPW Superintendent Taylor Miles from $21.50 an hour to
$22.50 an hour.
Motion made by
Trustee Feulner, seconded by Mayor Guido, unanimously carried,
RESOLVED
that Maintenance worker Valentine, and Superintendent Miles will receive a pay
raise that back-dates to payroll that started on October 23, 2022.

After review by the board, it was upon
motion of Mayor Guido, seconded by Trustee Feulner, unanimously carried to make
payment on bills and budget amendments and modifications as follows:
